Caramelised Celeriac & Leek Soup, drizzled with truffle and chive oil
Smoked Haddock & Pickled Apple Rillette, toasted brioche and watercress salad
Coronation Chicken Terrine with mango chutney and pickled shallots

Roast Turkey Breast with pigs in blankets, cranberry stuffing and turkey gravy
Slow Cooked Blade of Beef over braised red cabbage, in a port and shallot gravy
