Manor By The Lake offers a collection of flexible venue spaces, all with natural daylight and adaptable layouts. Rooms can be arranged for boardroom meetings, cabaret conferences, theatre-style presentations, breakout sessions, informal meetings and relaxation.

The Garden Lounge

Bring the outdoors into your business retreat.

Framed by glass and surrounded by greenery, the Garden Lounge offers natural daylight, garden views and a strong connection to the grounds. It can be used for informal meetings, breakout sessions and relaxed networking, with theatre and cabaret layouts available.

The space also offers an open roof option, fresh air flow, heating and the opportunity for alfresco dining.

The Maximilian

A bright period room with views towards the gardens, the Maximilian can accommodate up to 80 guests theatre style and works particularly well for corporate dining, presentations, conferencing and training.

Capacity: Up to 80 theatre | 48 banquet | 28 boardroom | 30 cabaret.

The West-Wing Ballroom

For larger conferences, presentations and corporate events, the West-Wing Ballroom provides an extensive and adaptable setting, with its own bar and stage. It can be dressed around your event, with a choice of furniture and lighting options.

Double doors open towards the lake and gardens, while doors on the opposite side lead onto the south garden patio.

Capacity: Up to 250 theatre | 180 banquet | 50 boardroom | 100 cabaret.

The Rock Bar

When it’s time to step away from the formal agenda, The Rock Bar offers a more relaxed setting for informal meetings, breakout sessions and evening downtime.

The space includes a lounge and party room, bar area with jukebox and a games room featuring table football, a pool table and rock memorabilia.

Capacity: Up to 40 theatre | 24 banquet | 24 boardroom | 12 cabaret.

Smaller breakout spaces

For smaller groups, one-to-ones and focused sessions, the Manor also offers Lyderick, Adele and the Marguerite Library, giving you the flexibility to split your team into different groups while continuing to use the wider venue.
