Butter bean soup, red pepper concasse and smoked paprika oil
Soya ginger and honey marinated, smoked salmon, wasabi crème fraiche and pickled cucumber
Smoked ham hock terrine, celeriac remoulade and baby watercress salad
MAINS
Roast turkey breast, pigs in blanket, cranberry stuffing, turkey gravy
Oven roasted trout, pea veloutè, dill oil and crème fraiche
Slow cooked daube of venison, red currant and port sauce, apple and golden beetroot puree
Pan fried gnocchi, roasted butternut and saute forest mushrooms, butternut sauce, wilted spinach
All served with roast potatoes, seasonal market vegetables and appropriate sauces
