Norbert’s grandmother first ignited his passion for cooking and he hasn’t looked back since! Our Head Chef’s experience has taken him from cruise ships and multi-award-winning restaurants to our manor where you’ll find him whipping up flavoursome dishes with locally sourced, seasonal produce.
